The Showroom: Main room guests enter through, including garden courtyard (all outdoor space). Cannot be separated.

Rental fees vary depending on day of week, time of year, event type, duration, and impact to the property. Please inquire for pricing.
COI required from all vendors and clients, including waiver of subrogation and endorsement page.
Weddings/events over 100 guests require a professional event coordinator on-site. WWOO offers an in-house event coordinator for an hourly fee.
Events under 100 guests without a coordinator must designate a Day of Contact to manage setup, timeline, and cleanup.
WWOO reserves the right to require a security guard at renter’s expense.
Event Hours: Weekdays end by 9:00pm (10:00pm closure); Weekends end by 11:00pm (12:00am closure).
Alcohol Service: Self-serve beer/wine only; hard liquor must be served by licensed bartender.
No glassware, rice, confetti, glitter, fake petals (real petals allowed), water marbles, single-wrapped candy, nails, adhesives, or open flames.
The client is responsible for trash removal and placing all trash in the on-site dumpster provided.
On-site parking is available for up to 10 vehicles and/or vendors. Additional free street parking can be found nearby, and a parking lot located 1.5 blocks away is available for rental.
There is only one on-site restroom available at the WWOO Venue. Events with over 75 guests may be required to supplement restrooms with luxury restroom trailers.
At The WWOO Venue, we keep things flexible, we don’t have food and beverage minimums or in-house catering. Instead, we partner with amazing vendors to help curate your experience. Clients are not required to choose from our preferred vendors, but it is highly encouraged.

All vendors coming on site are required to submit a COI naming WWOO Concrete Outdoor Kitchen LLC as additional insured.
Bartenders, staff, and guests may not dispose of liquids in planters. There is a $250 fine per violation.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on property.
Children must be supervised at all times.
WWOO reserves the right to remove guests or stop alcohol service if behavior is destructive or unsafe.
